Idk lol that whole paragraph was probably dumb, that’s just how I feel. The discography of American rapper and singer Travis Scott consists of four studio albums, one compilation album, one collaborative album, two mixtapes, and 56 singles (including 27 as a featured artist). (not saying the rest of the album is bad) I kinda compare it to raging a concert and then on your way home after the concert, playing soft calming music. The light beat seems kind of like a detox or recovery from the rest of the album. Idk I just think it’s a great way to end off the album. That includes stress from finances, from his relationships, and from other things (race for example). He’s coming back to reality in a sense, and has to deal with the stress from his everyday life. ![]() The album feels like it was Travis raging and Coffee Bean was his wake up. (Although it has definitely turned into a song that people play independently from other songs on the album, me included.) My interpretation of it, was that it kind of the hungover phase of the album or the morning after. IMO it wasn’t targeted to be a song people play individually. I think the song was purposely out on there just to wrap the album. I thought Coffee Bean was amazing when it first came out, but it hasn’t stuck with me. ![]()
